A child is any person
below the age of 18 years. Unfortunately, child abuse has been an established
social practice for centuries in all cultures around the world. Remember, child
abuse is a violation of the basic human rights of a child. Do you know that
almost 41% of India's population is below 18 years of age (Census Survey of
India, 2011)? Child abuse is more than physical violence, name-calling and emotional
stress. For example, ignoring children's basic needs, putting them into dangerous
situations, and making them feel worthless - all of these also constitute child
abuse. When it comes to food and nutrition, we accept the statement that only a
healthy child can grow to be a healthy adult. Sadly, this understanding rarely extends
to children's mental and emotional health.
अनुवाद (अंग्रेज़ी-हिंदी) प्रक्रिया:
1. आइए, सबसे पहले ऊपर दी गई अनुवाद सामग्री को पढ़ते और समझते हैं। यदि एक बार में विषयवस्तु (कंटेन्ट) समझ नहीं आती है तो हम उसे एक बार फिर से पढ़ेंगे। अनुवाद की दृष्टि से विषयवस्तु समझ में नहीं आने का कारण कुछ अंग्रेज़ी शब्दों के हिंदी पर्यायों का मालूम नहीं होना हो सकता है। हम पहली या दूसरी बार में पढ़ते हुए, ऐसे शब्दों को अंडरलाइन करेंगे और फिर उनके सटीक हिंदी पर्याय लिखेंगे और फिर पढ़ेंगे तो हम विषयवस्तु को अच्छी तरह से समझ लेंगे। अब हम अनुवाद करना शुरू कर सकते हैं।
2. अनुवाद की दृष्टि से विषयवस्तु की सबसे छोटी इकाई ‘शब्द’, इसके बाद ‘वाक्य’, इसके बाद अनुच्छेद (पैराग्राफ) और फिर ‘पृष्ठ’ (पेज़) होते हैं। किसी दस्तावेज़ में एक से लेकर हज़ारों पृष्ठ हो सकते हैं। अब हम किसी दस्तावेज़ की ऊपर दी गई थोड़ी-सी सामग्री का हिंदी अनुवाद करते हैं।
3. सबसे पहले, ऊपर दी गई अनुवाद सामग्री के शब्दों/संयुक्त शब्दों को रेखांकित (अंडरलाइन करते हैं) और उनके हिंदी पर्याय/अनुवाद लिखते हैं। अब, अनुवाद जल्दी और सटीक होगा।
