PARAM-ISHAN
Smart India Hackathon
1. It is the world’s largest
digital national building initiative.
2. The Hackathon aims to find digital
solutions by harnessing creativity and technical expertise of over 30 lakh
students from technology institutes in remotest parts of India.
3. It is a joint initiative of All India
Council for Technical Education (AICTE), University Grants Commission (UGC),
MyGov, NASSCOM.
4. Find digital solutions to
problems in the areas of education, health, water,
power, agriculture, finance,
urban & rural development, energy, aviation & shipping, transport,
sanitation, law & justice, sports, skill development &
entrepreneurship, textiles, tourism, defence etc.
PARAM-ISHAN
1. PARAM ISHAN is the fastest and most
powerful computer. It has been jointly developed by IIT Guwahati and C-DAC
(Centre for Development of Advanced Computing).
2. It has a peak computing power of 250
Teraflops and three hundred tera bites capacity.
3. It can be used research initiatives such
as computational chemistry, computational electromagnetic, computational fluid
dynamics, civil engineering structures, nana-block self-assemble, optimization
etc.
4. It can be also used for Weather, climate
modeling and seismic data processing.

ReplyDelete1. यह विश्व की सबसे बड़ी डिजिटल राष्ट्रीय निर्माण पहल है।
2. हैकाथन का उद्देश्य भारत के दूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों में प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थानों से 30 लाख विद्यार्थियों की सृजनात्मकता और तकनीकी विशेषज्ञता को काम में लाते हुए डिजिटल समाधान ढूंढना है।
3. यह अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद् (ए.आई.सी.टी.आई.), विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी), माइगोव, नेस्कॉम की संयुक्त पहल है।
4. शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, जल, बिजली, कृषि, वित्त, शहरी एवं ग्रामीण विकास, ऊर्जा, विमानन और पोत परिवहन, परिवहन, स्वच्छता कानून एवं न्याय, खेल-कूद, कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमिता, टेक्सटाइल्स, पर्यटन, रक्षा आदि क्षेत्रों में समस्याओं के डिजिटल समाधान ढूंढना।
परम-ईशान
1. परमईशान सबसे तेज़ और सबसे शक्तिशाली कंप्यूटर है। इसे आईआईटी, गुवाहाटी और सी-डैक (सेंटर फॉर डेवलपमेंट ऑफ एडवांस्ड कंप्यूटिंग) द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से विकसित किया गया है।
2. इसमें 250 टेराफ्लोप्स की सर्वोच्च कंप्यूटिंग शक्ति और तीन सौ टेरा बाइट्स की क्षमता है।
3. इसका उपयोग शोध कदमों जैसे रसायन अभिकलनात्मक जटिलता, इलैक्ट्रोमैगनेटिक अभिकलनात्मक जटिलता, फ्ल्यूड डायनामिक्स अभिकलनात्मक जटिलता, सिविल इंजीनियरिंग ढांचों, नाना-ब्लॉक स्वत: तैयार, इष्टतमीकरण आदि के लिए किया जा सकता है।
4. इसका उपयोग मौसम, जलवायु मॉडलिंग और भूकंप-संबंधी आंकड़ों का संसाधन।
