Need for Physical Fitness
Hello, myself Bhavya Bhutani. I am a
class – IX-B student of St. Crispin’s Senior Secondary School, Gurugram. Today,
I am going to present few words on the topic “Need for Physical Fitness”.
Physical
fitness is the secret of healthy life. Healthy life is very important for every
human being. Every human being must know about the importance of physical
fitness and healthy life. Today our life style and eating habits are adversely affecting
our health. Unhealthy junk foods and fast foods are become our part of life
which are the main causes of unhealthy life. Although we all know about the
adverse effects of unhealthy foods and
importance of physical fitness, but negative things overshadow our positive
thoughts as we are living in surroundings of unhealthy junk and fast food
restaurants & stalls with their wide publicity over electronic & print
media. Our unhealthy life style has become India as world capital of diabetic patients.
Diabetes has become an extreme example of ignorance of physical fitness.
Presently
government agencies and NGOs are working on educating the peoples about importance
of physical fitness for healthy life through their awareness programs. Students
are aware about importance of physical fitness and adverse effects of unhealthy
food habits through special drives by government and NGOs. Yoga and sports
activities are increased by linking with extra curriculum activities. Now,
students are become an integral part of such awareness programs and spreading
the message of physical fitness.
Healthy
peoples can make a healthy nation; therefore, we may adopt healthy life style
to build up a healthy-wealthy nation.
